Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Returns: Accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only.
  2. Exchange: Exchange is possible for size-related issues. Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
  3. Non-Returnable Items: discounted products, items bought during clearance sales are non-returnable.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placement.
  2. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

Refund Policy

  2. Refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days after approval, and credited to the original payment method.
